Where is the pick-up and drop-off location?

69th St Station on the East side (where the bus loop is) or Somerset Station on the East side (the side where the restaurants and school is).

How will I know my booking has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email upon payment in full.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, it is not.

Are pets permitted on the tour?

Only service dogs are permitted and it must have an identifying vest and the owner has an identification card.

What should I bring?

Camera, sunglasses, hand sanitizer, and a smile.

What should I wear?

Weather in Alberta can drastically change within minutes and hours so be prepared for any types of weather which may occur. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

What is prohibited in the vehicle?

Weapons, drugs, alcohol, smoking, food (except for the provided snack), soft drinks, and coffee

How many people are able to come on a tour?

A maximum of 3 people per tour.

Will I see <insert animal here> on my tour?

While I can’t guarantee we will see a specific animal, I will do my best to ensure you get to see as much as possible
